1. The service

Studia creates illustrated photo slideshows and, when you connect your TikTok account, uploads them to your TikTok drafts and reads statistics about your posts. Studia never publishes on your behalf: you review and post every draft yourself in the TikTok app.

2. Your account and your content

You are responsible for the TikTok account you connect and for everything you choose to publish. You agree to follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when you post content prepared by Studia. You keep all rights to what you publish.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Studia to post spam, to manipulate engagement, to impersonate anyone, or to publish content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

4. Availability and changes

Studia is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time. These terms may be updated; the effective date above shows the latest version.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studia's operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. TikTok is not responsible for Studia.

6. Ending the service

You can stop using Studia at any time by removing its access from the app permissions in your TikTok settings.
